Normal skin?

I have keratosis polaris, a disorder in which the skin produces and over-abundance of keratin protein. This clogs the pores and makes skin rough, and creates little red bumps all over the skin. My condition is limited to my back and upper arms. My doctor told me to take Tetracycline, an antibiotic to treat it. It clears it up some, but even while on it, I still have bad breakout days. Can anyone tell me how to have normal, clear skin?

Normal skin?
there is actually a lotion for it. I think its called lact-hydrin....i don't know how to spell it exactly but its something along those lines. I have it also. Its just on my upper arms. Good luck.
