Do i have an eating disorder?

I know that i am not skin and bones but i am starting to wonder. Everything i eat i am counting calories. When i am home alone i only eat about 400 calories aday and if that. I measure out what i eat and what i do eat i feel gulity. I hate my body and i always see flaws with it. When people are around i try to eat normally but the guilt that comes over me is terrible. I try not to show it but my mind is constantly thinking about food and how to perfect my body. I am 5'9 and weigh 135. I want to be down to 110. Being this big makes me freak out. Do you think i have an eating disorder?

Yes, you most certainly do. Perhaps it is not at an advanced stage yet -- you haven't lost a ton of weight -- but you are on the road.

Reply:I do think it is a big possibility you have a eating disorder. You need to learn how to love your body the way it is. Food is a great part of life and something you should enjoy. You should call up a therapist or someone that can help you get through this. Best of luck to you!

Reply:well you have something going on that you need to get help with, whether its body image, which could lead to a serious eating disorder. So I think you need to talk to someone about this, its not necessarily a eating disorder now, but if you don't get help, it could definatly end up being one.
Reply:yes i do. 400 calories! ur suppose to take up to at least 1800 and sometime 2000 a day. ur weight if perfect! actally i think ur under weight. if u are uncomtuble with ur body and think ur flabby....work out in the gym and go on a body builder diet.....muscle gets all the gyms....just dont gain to much or youll scare them away....trust me ur probly rly skinny...SO DONT WORRY!!!!!!

Reply:yes you have anorexia nervosia. i used to have it too. get help and quick before you do more damage to yourself. 400 calories is nowere near what you should be eating. your body burns about 1200 even if all you did was stay in bed all day. eat!
Reply:Of course not! You are perfectly fine. If you want to achieve this target weight, I suggest cutting your calories even further! =D

Reply:OH Yea, you should get help before you become malnourished. Your muscle will waste away without nourishment, and dont forget, your heart is a muscle. 400 cal. a day is not enough to sustain life. GET HELP before you do permanent damage.
Reply:You should weigh that much because your tall. You should NOT weigh 110. Girls who are 5'4 or 5'5 should weigh 110. I'm 5'7 and weigh 120 and I'm NOT fat at all. so don't worry about it its your height and if you got to 110 you'd look gross and lose your *** and boobs

Reply:Seeing that you are that tall, your wieght is fine. At certains hieghts you need to be at least a certain wieght. Your wieght and hieght is fine. But if you think you are fat, I would probably say do excercise eat as healthy as you can. Junk food tends to make people overwieght. My friend told me that she heard that you can lose wieght by takeing how much you wiegh and add a zero at the end and that is how much calories you eat a day. since you are 135 then you would eat 1350 calories a day. I don't think that you are fat. if you have a belly that sticks out it could be water. I do know that healthy food is often very good to help stay skinny. I wouldn't take diet pills becuz dieat pills are said to make you so you can never have kids.
Reply:It sounds like you most definitely DO have a problem! I am 5'7" and at one time weighed just 130 and was pure skin and bones, so I can only imagine how frail and sickly you look! Being that thin is NOT healthy! You know you have a problem, now get help before you start having problems with major organs! Some day you'll be glad you got help, right now it sounds like you're afraid to get help because your afraid they'll take your power away. The power that will help you starve yourself! Seek help NOW!
